Chef’s Special: Smoked Spice Rubbed Cedar Plank Boneless Pork Loin
Eight ounce center cut boneless pork chop with a pomegranate-Balsamic glaze, on a spinach-wild mushroom and pancetta.
Catch: Pan Roasted Halibut Fillet
Fresh wild halibut fillet, with an orange gastreque sauce and a citrus relish, served on wild rice pilaf.
Steak: Sautéed Beef Tender with Port and Wild mushrooms & Grilled Lobster Tail
Tornedoes of beef with a local blend of wild mushrooms in a port wine sauce, served with a six ounce split char-grilled Canadian lobster tail.
Pasta: Penne Chicken Rustica
Sautéed Chicken, pancetta, bell peppers, capers, tomato, olives and fresh mozzarella cheese in a basil olive oil white wine sauce, finished with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
Salad: Grilled Romaine Caesar Salad with Prosciutto
Lightly Char-grilled whole romaine, finished with a balsamic dressing, shaved prosciutto, roasted tomatoes and Oregon Blue cheese crumbles.
Barbeque Meat loaf
Made in house, lightly smoked and finished on the grill and our own whiskey pepper bbq sauce, served on roasted garlic mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
