With unique and mouth-watering entrees such as beer-battered fish ’n chips, chicken and mushroom fettuccine Alfredo sautéed with garlic, Asian pulled pork lettuce wraps, and boneless grilled chili spiced pork chops, The Regency Grill has something for all tastes.
The Regency Grill is open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. serving full breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. We also serve a weekly Sunday brunch with omelets and a large section of entrees.
Executive Chef Fowler personally designs menu items from scratch to feature an infusion of classic French cuisine with Northwest regional and local, sustainable foods. Our extensive menu has helped establish The Regency Grill as one of the premier dining locations in Medford – and throughout Southern Oregon.
Our menu features everything from traditional dishes and desserts to distinctive appetizers, fine cuisine, and chef’s specials. Chef Fowler has won several awards and is an American Culinary Federation (ACF) certified Executive Chef as well as ACF officer, chapter treasurer, certification chair, education chair, and event chair board member.
To complement any cuisine, The Regency Grill offers recommended beer and wine pairings for all menu items, highlighting regional and Oregon micro-breweries, alongside Southern Oregon’s finest local wines.
